Version 1.0.6
LatestJuly 2026
- Share a title with anyone. Send a link to anything on your list and they get a clean preview — poster, ratings, and a note on why it's worth watching — along with your rating. No app or account needed to look.
- Discover, built into search. Open search and you'll find what's Trending and fresh picks Because you watched — each with genre, rating, and runtime at a glance, so there's always somewhere to start.
- Meet the cast & crew. Open a title to browse the full cast as cards and tap any name for their filmography. A new Crew section shows the director and writers with their roles, and a "+N" chip reveals everyone.
- Swipe to mark or add. Swipe a row to mark it watched or add it — the button now grows as you go, with a gentle nudge when it's ready to release.
- Clearer show buttons. "Start watching" now uses a TV icon — Marquee tracks what you watch, it doesn't play it — and finished titles wear a clean green ✓ pill.
- Where to watch. Titles now lead with the subscription services you can stream on; rent or buy is a tap away.
- Smoother & sturdier. A smoother open animation, cleaner cast and detail layouts, a build tag in Settings so you always know which version you're on, and a batch of fixes.
Version 1.0.5
July 2026
- Smoother open. Tap a title in list view and it glides to a consistent reading spot with its details in view — instead of unfolding off the bottom of the screen. The top bar and the first item are handled gracefully so nothing jumps.
- Smarter watch buttons for shows. A show's main button now knows where you are: Start watching a new one, Mark S2 E3 watched as you go, or a quiet "S3 drops <date>" while you wait for the next season. Finished titles keep their un-mark tucked in the ⋯ menu.
- Clearer progress. A just-started season reads "S.2 E.1" — the episode you're on — and disabled buttons are easier to read.
- Release dates you can trust. Every "In theaters / Coming soon / Streaming" badge now reads from the real US theatrical date and matches everywhere — the New & upcoming card, your list, the grid, and the title's details all agree. Upcoming films correctly show "Coming <date>" even when the movie database has them mislabeled as already released.
- Steadier recommendations. "Recommended for you" no longer reshuffles or drops a title when you add one or reopen search — it refreshes only when you tap the refresh button.
- One-tap add & undo. Tap ✓ on a search result to add it; tap again to undo it, straight back to +. Adding from search keeps the drawer open so you can keep browsing.
- Get tickets. Movies playing in theaters now show a quick link to showtimes, right where you'd mark it watched.
- Tidier watch tracking. Moving a title back to your watchlist now fully resets it for everyone, and finishing something you'd logged on your own no longer shows it twice.
- Smarter returning shows. A finished series with a new season announced waits in your Watchlist under "New Season Coming Soon," then moves to Now Streaming once episodes actually air.
- Cleaner solo accounts. If it's just you, the "added by" attribution clutter is hidden.
- Richer New & upcoming. Cards now show the rating and runtime, and titles wrap instead of getting cut off.
- Faster & sturdier. Snappier search, corrected watch-time totals, and a batch of stability fixes.
